All transports are being screened and verified before we start carrying your freight. We regularly monitor your cargo through our high-performing GPS system and optimize the delivery in time.

Our company is based on a set of values, one of them is transparency – With a link received from us you can easily track and trace your cargo via Balver Portal.

You can book your transport via our customer portal with just one click. Personal interaction is very important for us, so we are happy to answer your questions personally, by phone or by completing the contact form on our website.

We know how to take care of complex requests safely and in perfectly accordance with laws and regulations. We do this based on knowledge, experience and training of our colleagues. Our team consists of special safety advisors and have obtained various certificates, our fleet is ADR equipped and our drivers are in possession of ADR certificates.

Our fleet is composed of euro VI trucks.

Most of the time the quoted rate is also the invoiced rate. However, there are times when the weight or class provided by the customer is not accurate or the shipment requires some other type of service that was not included in the original quote. It is not in our practice to increase the rate for no reason. We make the customer aware of the additional charges as soon as they are brought to our attention and we always provide proof by way of weight certificate or delivery receipt. We are aware by the fact that operating in an honest way will keep customers coming back.
